We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash upon arrival. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in. Cancel 14+ days before: 100% deposit refund. Cancel 7-14 days before: 50% deposit refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund, but you may reschedule within 6 months. For questions, call +66 90-893-3271.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability.

We strongly recommend arriving before dark (6 PM) as the mountain road has no street lights. If you must arrive late, please inform us in advance.

We can arrange private transfers from Chiang Mai airport or city. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for arrangements.

Yes, a complimentary Thai-style breakfast (Rice Soup or Pan-Fried Eggs) is served each morning with fresh coffee and seasonal fruit.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the property. The connection is suitable for browsing and video calls, though speeds may vary.

Yes, all rooms have air conditioning. However, due to our mountain location, nights are often cool enough that you may prefer the fresh air.

Yes, free parking is available on-site. The road to our entrance is narrow but paved. We recommend driving slowly.

We are about 50 km east of Chiang Mai, approximately 1 hour drive. The scenic route passes through San Kamphaeng and into the mountains.

A car or motorbike is recommended for flexibility. If you don't have your own transport, we can arrange a pickup or help coordinate a rental.

The last 2 km is steep but paved. Standard cars can access it easily using low gear. Drive carefully, especially during rain.

No pets allowed on the property. No open fires. Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid loud music to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay.

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time to ensure comfort for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Yes, families with children are welcome. Children under 6 stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra beds can be arranged.
